Dragées. Hazelnuts and almonds covered with pure, very fine chocolate. Hazelnuts of the variety "delicate round" of the Langhe area and sweet almonds of the Puglia region are the main protagonists of this precious product. After being slightly coated with melted sugar, they are prepared in a machine called "bassina", covered with a fine coating of plain and milk chocolate and then given a finishing touch with bitter cocoa powder.
